Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointments are very important to us at KW Hair, and they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes you'll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 24 hour window, we miss the opportunity to schedule appointments with guests on our waiting list.

Less than 24 hours of notice will result in 50% of the booked service amount cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service amount.

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame.
